In the last practice I was frustrated for various different reasons. I just, I didn’t feel like my dental needs were prioritized. Mostly it felt like the dentist needed to get through the motions, do the job quickly and move on to the next thing, at the previous practice. And I had several issues I was frustrated with, little mistakes, one bigger mistake, and so I knew that I needed to try something else.

This was highly recommended and I addressed the same issues with Dr. Shepard and he really broke it down for me. He gave me some information that the other dentist either wasn’t willing to give me or didn’t know himself. And that kind of enlightened some things so that I was more comfortable moving forward in the direction we needed to go.

I really appreciate the willingness to take time to discuss different things, really break it down for me since I’m obviously not an expert in the field, instead of just telling me that’s the way it is, that’s the way it has to be, whatever. Everything’s really broken down. I don’t feel rushed through the process and by the end I feel like I know what’s going on and I feel much more comfortable moving forward with whatever needs to happen.
You’ve got to see it to believe it. Go in there, try it out and you’ll know it’s a good place.
