When I was about nine years old, I had an accident that ended up with a bottle being thrown at me. It ended up knocking out my front tooth, or one of my front teeth. Since then, I had quite a few, decades of treatment from various dentists. Over the years I probably had three or four, maybe even more, crowns installed or placed. They just never seemed to one either match. They just didn’t look natural. They didn’t look like natural teeth. They also just didn’t feel like natural teeth. It felt like a foreign object in my mouth, and I always seemed to have problems with it.

When I was having problems with it the last time, my last dentist said that it would be the last time he would be able to install or place a crown, and recommended that the next time I had problems, which he thought would be within a couple of years, that I would have to get an implant. Dr. Shepherd didn’t believe that there was any reason we needed to do implants, and recommended instead that we replace the crowns. That was what he recommended that I do, and I decided to go ahead and do that. That was about two years ago, and ever since then I’ve been extremely happy with my crowns.
I would recommend Dr. Shepherd because he is so trustworthy and knowledgeable. He knows what the latest treatments are, and he’s able to put people at ease, and carry out the recommended treatments.
